1. What are your working hours?

We work 7 days a week from 8am to 7pm. Our professional cleaning technicians start at 7.30 am and provide cleaning service on holidays and weekends with no extra charge. If you have already a specific date in mind, just give us a call on 020 3455 5999 or send us your request at [email protected] and our helpful stuff will be happy to assist you book the most suitable slot for you.

2. Do you work on Weekends and Holidays?

Professional cleaning service can be arranged for Weekends and Holidays, with NO extra charge.

3. What kind of services do you provide?

We pride ourselves on providing a wide range of commercial and residential cleaning services: home, house, flat, office cleaning on regular bases or just one off deep cleaning. Through years of experience we have worked with landlords, letting agents, private tenants, provided high quality service and professional cleaning solutions for nurseries and schools, private homes, offices, shops, restaurants and many more.

4. Do you have a cancellation fee or a deposit?

We do not require a deposit. We have cancellation fees, you can get more information on our Тerms and Conditions page.

5. What notice do you need in order to book a cleaning appointment?

It is recommended to book your service in at least 4 to 5 days in advance. This way you would be sure we would have availability for the date and time that would suit you best.

6. Are there any additional charges?

Once you receive a quotation from our friendly Customer Care Representatives, neither more taxes, nor agency fees will be added on top of it. However, we might have to charge for congestion if the property to be cleaned is in London congestion charge area; or for parking, if you are not able to provide a free parking space or permit for the cleaner’s van.

7. Are all of your employees insured and vetted?

The company and all of our cleaners are fully insured. Our professional cleaning technicians are all vetted checked and very well trained. All of our cleaners have personal references that we would be happy to provide you with upon request.

8. Should I be in the property during the cleaning process?

We kindly request from you to be there at the beginning of the cleaning to let the cleaners in and show then around, as well as at the end to inspect the premises and lock after them. Upon request our cleaners could contact you before finishing, so you would have enough time to come back for the end of the cleaning. In case you want to, you are more than welcome to stay during the cleaning.

9. Do you provide cleaning / janitorial supplies?

For our End of Tenancy, Pre-Tenancy, Carpet and Upholstery Steam or Dry Cleaning, window and After builders Cleaning, we provide all of the necessary cleaning equipment and detergents for the services. We work with professional Ashby’s machines and detergents that are environmental friendly, safe, non – toxic, non – allergic. We would be more than happy to provide everything necessary for the One-off Deep Cleaning and Regular Domestic Service. However, we could also use client’s equipment as upon request.

10. Is your End of Tenancy Cleaning guaranteed?

Our End of Tenancy Cleaning is fully guaranteed within 48 hours after the service is been provided. If the inventory clerk or your landlord is not completely happy with the premises, we would be happy to send our cleaning team back for a free of charge re-clean.
